Much of this stress is due to non transparency, and poor communication. We recognize this and try to alleviate the stress by instilling the importance of communication to all of our front counter staff in order to better communicate with you and understand the problems with your car.  Our trained lincense technicians take pride in being able to diagnose the problems with your vehicle correctly.  When you pick up your vehicle we will show you the parts removed and explain what we did.  you are welcome to take these parts home.

We recognize that trust is earned, and that if we’ve gained your trust, we’ve gained a customer.

We offer free shuttle service within the area and to downtown locations.  You can drop off your vehicle for the day and we will drive you to and pick you up from work. No parking issue.  Let us tackle downtown rush hour traffic for you!
